The ONDA experience is a bit different from what you might be used to at other hotels or hostels. We’ve worked hard to streamline our guest journey so that all of the administrative nonsense is handled automatically, online. That way both our guests and our staff can focus on delivering an awesome experience for everyone on-site and neither has to worry about any of the administrative headaches that can come with a hotel stay.

We want to save as much of our capacity and responsiveness for our guests who are in house.
BOOKING
ONLINE RESERVATIONS ONLY
We do not take reservations over the phone or walk-in reservations. Our guest service Ninjas can’t provide rates or availability, as inventory and pricing are dynamic. Check our website for the latest information on availability and pricing.

To streamline the booking process and ensure that we’re all on the same page – nobody wants to play the telephone game.
PAYMENT
CREDIT CARD ON FILE REQUIRED
All payments are processed online, pre-arrival. We do not run credit cards on-site for hotel stays (i.e., it’s not possible to pay when you arrive – you must pay online). We do not accept cash or bank transfer to pay for hotel reservations. All hotel reservations must be paid using a credit card.

This ensures a hassle free experience once you arrive.
CHECK-IN
KIOSK & RFID BRACELET
We must have valid identification and contact information on-file for all guests staying with us. Online check-in pre-arrival makes your check-in even faster! We don’t have an actual reception, the check-in kiosk is at the bar.

STAY
Room charge
With your card on file, feel free to charge food & drink purchases from our Beer Garden to your room! This allows for a quick, easy ordering process at the bar. Your bill will be closed out & your card on file charged before you check-out.
Tours
Our tours team is ready to hook you up with the best local activities! We encourage our guests to share these experiences together, which is why we don’t facilitate tour bookings until guests are in-house.
Programming
We’ve got something going on every night of the week at ONDA! Pub trivia, happy hours, food pop-ups, and more. Stay in-the-know by checking the big “What’s ONDA?” chalkboard in the lobby, joining our community WhatsApp chat, or checking our daily IG stories @FindYourONDA.
Stay extensions
The easiest way to extend your stay is to simply make another reservation online. Whether you extend via the website or with the ninjas, your room key will have to be modified to reflect the new check-out date.

Be on the lookout for a check-out email the morning of your scheduled departure. You’ll have the opportunity to review your bill and charge the card we have on file. If you have any questions about your bill, please reach out to the property before you depart!

Our site staff are not trained in the administrative aspects of our company. They’re there to make sure everyone on-site is having a great time.

ONDA is not for everyone, and that’s okay! People who love our place want to meet fellow travelers, have fun, chill by the pool, explore and make friends. If this doesn’t sound like something you’d enjoy or would rather spend a restful vacation watching TV in your room, that’s totally fine, but we probably won’t be the best fit for you!
