The ONDA experience is a bit different from what you might be used to at other hotels or hostels. We’ve worked hard to streamline our guest journey so that all of the administrative nonsense is handled automatically, online. That way both our guests and our staff can focus on delivering an awesome experience for everyone on-site and neither has to worry about any of the administrative headaches that can come with a hotel stay.


What we do:

We’re limited in the types of pre-booking inquiries we can respond to.

Please review all of the information on our website before you book, including tours and transportation [LINK]. 90% of your pre-booking questions can likely be answered using these resources.

Why we do it:

We want to save as much of our capacity and responsiveness for our guests who are in house.


What we do:

All reservations must be made online. We do not take reservations over the phone or walk-in reservations.

Our guest service Ninjas can’t provide rates or availability, as inventory and pricing are dynamic. Our website always has the latest information on availability and pricing.

Why we do it:

To streamline the booking process and ensure that we’re all on the same page – nobody wants to play the telephone game.


What we do:

We require a credit card on file for all bookings. All payments are processed online, pre-arrival. We do not run credit cards on-site for hotel stays (i.e., it’s not possible to pay when you arrive – you must pay online).

We do not accept cash or bank transfer to pay for hotel reservations. All hotel reservations must be paid using a credit card.

This ensures a hassle free experience once you arrive.

Room Charge

Feel free to charge to your room! Everyone at ONDA has use of room charge!


We’re happy to provide tours and transportation assistance to in-house guests. We do this as part of our daily tours briefing. We encourage our guests to go on tours and activities together, [Something about not providing these services pre-arrival?].

Stay Extensions

The easiest way to extend your stay is to simply make another reservation online. Whether you extend via the website or with the ninjas, your room key will have to be modified to reflect the new check-out date.


Be on the lookout for a check-out email the morning of your scheduled departure. You’ll have the opportunity to review your bill and charge the card we have on file. If you have any questions about your bill, please reach out to the property before you depart!
