La Leona Waterfall Adventure
One of Guanacaste’s best kept secrets, La Leona is a full-day adventure you won’t forget. Our knowledgeable local tour guide, Nervin, expertly guides you through turquoise blue waters and exhilarating cliff jumps to La Leona Waterfall. Located just outside of Liberia.
The La Leona tour leaves from ONDA at 8am on Wednesdays. If you’d like to inquire about availability for another day, email us at tours@stayonda.com.
Fishing Trip (Half-Day)
Spend an exciting morning or afternoon ocean fishing in the beautiful tropics with a professional guide in a fully equipped fishing boat. Score a nice catch? Bring it back to ONDA where our head chef, Pablo, will cook it up for you and your party.
All tours leave from Playa Flamingo and include beverages, fresh fruits, beers, and sandwiches. Price is the total for the boat; up to 5 persons.
Kayak Estuary Tour
Located in ONDA’s backyard, the lush Tamarindo Estuary is home to mangroves, crocodiles, iguanas, monkeys, and more. Our local, experienced guide provides a wealth of knowledge about the area and environment.
Venture out into the estuary in double kayaks to experience the depth and beauty that the mangroves have to offer! (Max. 5 persons)
Punta Sabana Hike
Our head surf instructor and Brasilito local, Sergio, leads this 2-hour round-trip hike to a secret, breathtaking lookout point hanging over the Pacific Ocean that offers beautiful views of Guanacaste’s best beaches.
After the hike, we’ll share some beers and snacks while watching the sunset from Pirate’s Bay. (Min. 2 persons)
